Leo is a civil engineer with a background in strategic planning in the water sector. He has been involved with the planning of bulk water supply assets, sewage treatment plants, risk management and waterway health. He has also worked as a consultant on National Guidelines for the water industry.
His involvement with EWB began in 2016 and led to becoming a mentor and facilitator on five international design summits in Cambodia, India and Nepal. His role in the Engineering on Country Program combines his passion for practical reconciliation and cross-cultural learning in enabling more First Nations people to live well on Country.
