Naomi has a 25+ year career across both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors with a proven track record in revenue generation and a deep commitment to social and systemic change.
She has managed multimillion-dollar trust, foundation and corporate partnership pipelines, developed early intervention service offerings, and successfully secured high-value grants across federal, state, and local governments. Naomi’s responsibilities have included strategic business development, grant and tender management, corporate and government engagement, market research, and financial reporting. She has built and led cross-sector partnerships, collaborated across operational and executive teams, and successfully designed and delivered impact-driven projects in food security, aged care, employment and disability.
EWB’s focus on co-design, engineering as stewardship, and the powerful intersection of social impact, sustainability and community-led innovation is a shared passion.
