Ratha is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the Climate Resilient WASH sector, specializing in technical design and project management for urban and rural water and sanitation systems. He has worked extensively in challenging environments, promoting inclusive and innovative solutions. Ratha has contributed to projects with international organizations including AFD, World Bank, UNDP, USAID, UNICEF, ADB, and Australian Aid. He is also a passionate speaker, mentor, and trainer, having shared his expertise in Cambodia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Water Resources and Rural Infrastructure, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, and a Master of Business Administration in Management. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Climate Change.
