Tom is a civil engineer and has nearly two decades of experience in overseeing complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects across numerous sectors. He has confidently led dynamic teams, fostering positive, productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders in the for profit and not-for-profit sector.
In addition to his project management experience, Tom also brings a wealth of knowledge in training and learning management systems.
He enjoys exploring contemporary teaching methods for adaptive learning and employing emerging technology to support education initiatives. Outside of his professional career, Tom enjoys supporting various charities and exploring the outdoors with his wife and three young children.
