Grace is driven by the intertwined relationship between the technical and social – and helping engineers navigate the complex social world they shape through engineering. She has an interest in participatory approaches, believing in the power of people to contribute to their own journey of development.
With an undergraduate degree in 3D Design and a Master of International Development, Grace moved to Cambodia as an EWB Australia Field Professional in 2019 before moving back to Perth. Prior to this she spent 6 years in the not-for-profit education space in Australia in promoting the inclusion of disadvantaged groups in the community.
