Ness is a Certified Practicing Accountant with a broad range of experience across the not-for-profit and commercial sectors including natural resources, construction, health and the performing arts. Her most recent experience is with Malthouse Theatre. She is passionate about providing community-driven and sustainable solutions for the environment and is excited to be working with an organisation that cares about the same things. In her spare time she can be found bushwalking and spending time with her local riverkeeper association.
