Melinda specialises in intercultural communication, relations and competence research and training. She loves designing and delivering programs that inspire deeper appreciation for different ways of being, knowing and doing, and how this applies to our work lives. Melinda’s PhD (UniMelb) explored intercultural relations among Melbourne teens, while her Masters’ thesis (Monash Uni) investigated rapport building in multicultural settings. Melinda has a strong background in international and community development, supporting education and community projects that create a more equitable future for us all.
