The 2019 EWB Australia Board Elections and AGM were held at 2pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 25th November 2019, with the following outcomes:
Board Elections
Simon Bradwell and Arun Kumar were successfully elected as Directors to EWB Australia’s Board. Congratulations to you both.
We thank outgoing Director Scott Daniel as he concludes his two year tenure, and look forward to continuing to engage with Scott in other EWB Australia initiatives in the future.
Annual General Meeting
All resolutions relating to our Annual Report, Directors’ Report, Auditors’ Report and our auditors were accepted.
